When I can I expect my order to arrive?

Your order should arrive within 48 hours, unless the product is not in stock.

What the payment methods?

Please look at the check-out page to see all payment methods.

Can I order and collect in store?

Yes, send a mail to sales@karensammonskincare and we can prepare your order and you can pay in store too.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, please contact sales@karensammonskincare.com for an international quote.

How can I exchange/return products?

Send an mail to returns@karensammonskincare.com and we will arrange the exchange return. Please note the costs associated with exchange and returns are the buyers responsibility. All products wishing to be exchanged or returned must be in the original packaging, in perfect condition and unused.

When can I expect to receive a refund?

We aim to refund within 10 working days but this may not be reflected on your credit card statement until the next billing period.

I did not receive a confirmation email!

If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail a few minutes after your final purchase, than the following could have gone wrong:

- Your provider possibly scans our mailings as spam and has deleted/moved this to the spambox.

- You have made a typing error in your e-mail address

- You have paid through an automatic direct debit, in this case it can take up to two days for your bank to approve the payment. For which reason you will receive a confirmation e-mail after.
